Momentum!

Little victories on a Monday. Instead of eating the bagel at your office, get your water, eat the eggs and oatmeal!

Don’t go in the candy jar that one time.

Have an apple over that cookie the one time.

Don’t skip the run or the gym that one time.

The fun thing about momentum is that It builds, and builds, and builds. Little bitty victories. The more you build the easier it is. The more you build the momentum muscle the easier it is.

Be careful because the opposite is true. Negative momentum also builds on a dime.

I had the bagel at breakfast so I’m having the piece of candy from the candy jar.

I skipped yesterday’s workout so what does it matter that I skip today’s work out.

One decision, right now, matters!

Momentum!
