February Fatigue?

We are now past the first month of training and nutrition. Tired of it already and looking for something new and exciting? We all are! Don't do it!


Thinking you have hit a plateau from the first weeks of your new program is a big mistake I've continued to see in over a decade of training. The media certainly doesn't help. The news stories have gone from all health and exercise related articles to talking about us consuming 1,000,000,000 chicken wings on SuperBowl Sunday! Keep it simple. If you fell off yesterday or late last week into the weekend nothing has miraculously changed. Do what has been working and jump back in to the same ole' boring plan that gets slow and long lasting results!
