So now that you’ve recognized and accessed what level/s you are let’s bump start the journey to where you want to be! Most of these levels have to be done step by step. If you skip levels you skip knowledge, you skip experiences, and you skip necessary mistakes. Don’t rush the plan, but always be moving forward until the effort and sacrifices equal the outcome you desire.
LEVEL 1
Occasional and minimal thoughts of change.
-Level 1 individuals are not ready to change. There is great news once someone decides to change from this minimal level. Someone at this level has a possibility to be influenced less by Levels 2 & 3. Once a Level 1 commits to change it is possible to jump to Level 4! Level 2 can be avoided by simply sticking to the plan. Level 3 can be avoided by simply sticking to the plan. So once ready, go all in and get ready to be educated and get ready to change. FOREVER! If you’re here, read Level 2 & Level 3 and avoid the pitfalls before they even start.
LEVEL 2
Different diet every first two to three days of the week.
-Level 2 goers the answer is very simple. Pick a plan. Any plan. Stick to it. That’s it! By now the majority of people understand the HCG diet or the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough diet are not the best approaches to a healthy life. However, the practice here is to pick anything and stay with it. No matter what. You must prove to yourself following something is not impossible. You have to follow through with something. Anything. Nothing controls your nutritional decisions besides you. NOTHING!
LEVEL 3
The “they” say so diet.
-Level 3 improvement is very similar to Level 2. Stick with a plan. You don’t care what Beautiful Booty Betty says about bananas being too high in sugar. You don’t care what Ripped Abs Abby says about the new keto or fasting diet. You care about your plan and your plan only! Quit following headlines and fads! Take this from the “they” say so diet to the “you” say so diet. If you don't have the education get it. Get the knowledge or plan from one source and go!
LEVEL 4
Excuses, Excuses, Excuses
-Level 4 Priority #1 is nutrition. Kids sick? Take care of them while you’re eating your next planned meal. Get to Level 5! Put everything and everyone to the side or take them with you on this journey because no matter what, you're going anyway. No more excuses. That’s it. If the store is out of apples, go to the next store. No more excuses. If you have a pizza party at work, so what? Not on the plan, not doing it. No more excuses.
LEVEL 5
No matter what!
The hardest and scariest to transition from is Level 5. Achievements, body, and mind will tell you when you’re ready to move from the intense Level 5 mindset of no matter what. You need level 4 and you need level 5 to succeed long term. If you have any doubt that you will slip out of the plan by having those 2 M&M’s you’re not ready to move on. If you will eat another 2, or eat the whole bag don’t go to level 6. Stay at Level 5 and work some more. Build your self confidence. You’ll know when you’re ready!
LEVEL 6
Controlled and usually lifelong
Level 6 is a great spot to be. Enjoy! To hit the next level it just takes time and occasional slip ups to realize how much you enjoy this level. Mistakes and frustrations will happen in Level 6 but now you’re in a position you realize them and use them as a trigger to get back on the plan. Floating between 5-6 will happen. The difference between Level 6 & 7 just takes time. Pay your dues in Level 6 and you’ll find Level 7.
